Solap Group has announced a strategic leadership restructuring across its subsidiaries—Solap Furniture, Solap Signature Properties Limited, and Solap Shelter—as part of its long-term growth strategy and commitment to operational excellence.
As part of this restructuring, Arc. Yilleng Paul has been appointed Managing Director of Solap Furniture. Arc. Yilleng brings deep institutional knowledge to the role, having previously served as Production Manager and Director of Operations, where he played a key role in strengthening manufacturing processes, quality control, and operational efficiency.
Bldr. Josephine Akosu Paul has been appointed Managing Director of Solap Shelter, the Group’s design and construction arm. Her appointment reinforces the company’s focus on professional leadership, project delivery excellence, and sustainable construction practices.
In addition, Arc. Akosu Paul, former Managing Director, has transitioned into the role of Group Managing Director of Solap Group and will also serve as Managing Director of Solap Signature Properties Limited, overseeing the Group’s real estate development portfolio and overall strategic direction.
Speaking on the appointment of Arc. Yilleng Paul, Arc. Akosu Paul, Group Managing Director, stated:
